Start your day with an energetic 45-minute full-body workout! Not only will you tone your muscles, but you’ll also get plenty of sunshine vitamins and strengthen your immune system at the same time.

Please bring your own towels, sportswear and drinks. Training equipment such as mats and dumbbels will be provided.

Participants are requested to arrive at the tennis court 10 minutes before the start of training. The training will always take place except in case of rain or storm!
