You can arrive any time after 3pm.

On your day of departure, rental accommodation must be vacated by 10am, and left clean and tidy. Pitches must be vacated by 1pm.

You can hire a bike from reception. Touring bikes, mountain bikes and children’s bikes are available.

We stock replacement steel gas cylinders (5kg and 11kg) and 11kg
aluminium gas cylinders. We also exchange blue Campinggaz cylinders

You can hire a fridge (with freezer compartment) for
Rent € 30 for the duration of your stay. Please contact us by phone if you’re interested.

No! The barriers are only open for vehicles between the following hours:
7am to 1pm and 3pm to 10pm.
The pedestrian gate is open 24/7.

Our campsite is equipped with European standardized 10 ampere power connections. Please remember to bring your own power cable with a Europlug. You can borrow an adapter from our reception desk for a €15 deposit.

Pets must be kept on a lead and may not be left unattended on your pitch or in your vehicle. Dogs are prohibited in the bathing areas around the lakes!
Absolutely no pets are allowed in rental accommodation!
Incidentally: Freizeitcenter Oberrhein has two dog showers, one in the “North-West” shower & toilet block. and one in the “South-East” block. For dog poop, litter bags are available from various dispensers around the site.
